PITTSBURGH Eat’n Park Restaurants is expanding its 23-year-old Smiley Cookie line with a gingerbread variety. The gingerbread Smiley marks the first time the 76-unit-family-dining chain has added a flavor to its signature treat, which is normally a sugar cookie.
