NEW YORK Bobby Van, the former Bridgehampton, N.Y.-based restaurateur whose name is still used by an upscale East Coast steakhouse chain, died Nov. 27 at age 64, the New York Post reported. Van, who was forced out of the restaurant business years ago, died in obscurity.
