CARROLLTON Texas T.G.I. Friday's said it has made its Right Portion, Right Price menu permanent, a year after the casual-dining chain introduced the line of smaller, lower-priced items. Friday's also said it added two entrees and returned a popular favorite to the menu, which features dishes priced between $5.99 and $9.99.
