The Great Steak & Potato Co., a 200-unit chain owned by Kahala Corp., said this week it is combining two consumer favorites into one sandwich: the Philly Mac & Cheesesteak.Substituting macaroni and cheese for the plain cheese typically found in a cheese steak sandwich, the Philly Mac & Cheesesteak will be available March 29 through Oct. 10, the company said.
