Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, a 24-unit coal-fired pizza chain, is turning up the heat on a new fast-casual burger concept. The Scottsdale, Ariz.-based company, fostered from its roots as a New York pizzeria, debuted the new Coal Burgers concept in the Scottsdale Quarter shopping complex. The company has plans to open a second location in May in the Woodlands, Texas, just north of Houston.
