IHOP restaurants rolled out a new menu on Monday featuring more dinner options, new items designed for seniors and kids and more healthful dishes lower in fat, calories and carbohydrates.Among the 14 new items are a French onion pot roast cooked with caramelized onions in gravy, served with mashed potatoes, corn and garlic bread.
