The 43-unit Lamppost Pizza and Back Street Brewery chain of Tustin, Calif., and 27-unit Lou Malnati's Pizzeria of Northbrook, Ill., both have selected the InTouchPOS point-of-sale system and InTouchOffice enterprise package by ASSAL Corp., the vendor said.
