The Melting Pot Restaurants said it has made changes to its executive ranks in an effort to develop its beverage program. The fondue-style chain promoted Shane Schaibly to the position of director of food and beverage. Schaibly, who previously was manager of culinary development, will retain his post as corporate chef.
