CLEVELAND Celebrity chef Michael Symon said Friday he has signed deals to open two new restaurants in the Cleveland area, where he already operates his Lola and Lolita restaurants. Bar Symon, to be located in Avon Lake, Ohio, will be an American brasserie featuring Midwestern comfort food such as sausage, pickles, pork cracklings, pot pie and wood-grilled meats.
