The Mina Group of San Francisco has named David Varley corporate chef, replacing Anthony Carron. Varley previously worked as executive chef at the restaurant group's Bourbon Steak in Washington, D.C., where he'll be replaced by Adam Sobel. Sobel most recently was in Las Vegas, where he was executive chef of Rick Moonen’s RM Seafood at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.
