One of the more popular cocktails at 10 Downing Food and Wine in New York is The Pickle. Cucumber, dill, salt and simple syrup are muddled in a mixing glass, then shaken with gin, lime juice and ice. The cocktail is strained into a glass and garnished with a salted cucumber slice.
