MEMPHIS Tenn. Perkins & Marie Callender’s Inc. narrowed its loss in fiscal 2009 but continued to battle reduced traffic and sales at its two family-dining brands.   For the year ended Dec. 27, the company posted a net loss of $36.2 million, compared with a loss $53.0 million in fiscal year 2008, when it booked $20.2 million in impairment charges.       Fiscal 2009 revenue declined 7.9 percent to $536.1 million from $582.0 million a year ago. ...
