MINNEAPOLIS The Women’s Foodservice Forum said Monday that chairwoman Linda Pharr had assumed day-to-day operation of the association following the departure of president Mary Bentley. The group indicated that a search would be conducted to find a permanent replacement for Bentley, with Pharr serving on an interim basis until then. No reason was given for Bentley’s exit.
