Idea for new pizza came out of internal company contest
Pizza Inn Inc. has elevated the tricked-out roasted spud, a steakhouse side dish staple, to center-of-the-plate status with its new Loaded Baked Potato Pizza. Created by a South Carolina Pizza Inn employee, the Baked Potato Pizza has become a hit with customers, the company said.
