Saladworks, a fast-casual salad chain, has launched the second in a series of salads based on winning contest entries. “Lorrie’s Salad” is made with mixed lettuce tossed with toasted almonds, avocado slices, feta chunks, roasted turkey breast and crisp pita chips in a raspberry vinaigrette.
