NEW YORK More than $530,000 was raised at the 20th anniversary celebration of the Careers through Culinary Arts Program, held this week at Pier 60 in New York City. Chef-restaurateur Marcus Samuelsson was honored this year for his own achievements as well as for his long dedication to C-CAP and to nurturing the next generation of chefs.
