NEW YORk The Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group Inc. reported a 1.9-percent dip in February same-store sales at restaurants open at least 15 months. The owner and operator of 14 restaurants, which last month inked a deal to be sold to the Patina Restaurant Group LLC for $79.5 million, said total revenues for the month rose 3.5 percent from a year earlier to $9.9 million. The company's fiscal February ended Feb. 26.
