FRANKLIN Tenn. Tasti D-Lite, the 50-unit frozen dessert chain, inked a deal Thursday with franchisee MM Ventures LLC to open 35 new stores in three northeastern states over the next 10 years. The quick-service units will be located throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.According to a Tasti D’Lite spokeswoman, the new units will double the chain’s presence in those three markets.
