IRVING Texas CEC Entertainment Inc., parent of the Chuck E. Cheese chain, said Wednesday that president Michael H. Magusiak would also become chief executive on Dec. 29. He succeeds Richard Frank, who will remain executive chairman. Magusiak has been CEC president since June 1994.
