1. House votes to repeal 1099 form provision
 Washington — In a rare bipartisan effort, the U.S. House of Representatives voted to repeal the 1099 reporting requirements included in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. The House approved the Small Business Paperwork Mandate Elimination Act by a vote of 314 to 112.
