Restaurants are finding more opportunities to cater breakfast and dinner at offices, new research from Technomic Inc. finds. The Chicago-based market research firm reported in an update to its “Large Orders Off-Premise,” or LOOP, study, that 19 percent of the 1,200 business and medical office managers surveyed ordered breakfast catering at least once a week, compared with 13 percent in 2007.
