Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Inc. reported a 34.3-percent increase in net income, to $4.7 million, in the third quarter ended Oct. 6, after positive guest traffic drove growth in revenue and same-store sales. The Greenwood Village, Colo.-based company said recent moves to change its menu and marketing brought about a 1.1-percent increase in guest counts and a 4.6-percent gain in average check.
