
Breakfast may mean something different to everyone, but these days it definitely doesn't mean boring. Whether they get their breakfast at a drive-thru, sit down to a full-service spot or grab something from their office cafeteria, today’s diners are looking for items with bigger, bolder flavors. And, lots of eateries are giving it to them. Menus across the country are increasingly featuring bold, ethnic-inspired items, such as burritos and huevos rancheros, or items such as quiches and frittas that are ripe for adding all-manner of flavorful ingredients.
