Sea Watch International is proud to announce that the 9th Annual Creative Clam Challenge will once again bring the two finalists to the 2016 International Seafood Expo in Boston for a head to head competition to decide the champion. The final challenge will take place Sunday, March 6, 2016 at the Sea Watch booth, number 423 from 11:00 am until 1:00pm.

Last year we changed things and asked our broker network to compete, it was a great success and well received by all. Our broker reps are on the front lines getting the job done day in and day out for Sea Watch International, who better to demonstrate the Creativity of Clams? Entrants for the 2016 Creative Clam Challenge represent the best of the best from our broker network, which covers all 50 states and Canada. The 2016 Creative Clam Challenge Champion will receive $2,000.00 and the First Runner Up will receive $1,000.00. Members of the Sea Watch R & D and Marketing staff will choose the two finalists. The two finalists will be brought to the site of the International Seafood Expo Saturday the 5th where they will do their shopping and chopping in preparation for the challenge on Sunday. The finalists will have the first hour of the show Sunday from 10:00 am until 11:00 am to fine-tune their presentations. At 11:00 am they will present their creations to the attendees of the show. Voting and judging will take place at the Sea Watch International booth # 423 where each attendee (judge) will receive a chip, which will act as their vote. The chip will be placed in the corresponding collection vessel, the votes will be counted and the winner announced immediately on the show floor following the competition, which ends at 1:00 pm.
