Tyson Foods Inc. appointed Gloria Vazquez vice president and general manager of soups, sauces, sides and specialty products. In her new capacity Vazquez will be responsible for the management of the production facilities in Chicago and Fort Worth, Texas. She also will oversee business management and research development for the division.
Vazquez joined Tyson in 1994 in the accounting field and has held a number of leadership roles with the company, including financial posts for both the consumer products and foodservice divisions. Most recently, she was group controller for thedivision.
