Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

Bojangles is a quick-service fried-chicken and buttermilk biscuit chain located in Charlotte, N.C. The chain has more than 500 U.S. locations, and totaled more than $760 million in U.S. systemwide sales last year. Bojangles serves during the lunch and dinner dayparts, as well as breakfast, and most of the chain’s locations are in the Southeast U.S. Bojangles is owned by private-equity firm Advent International.
