Carrabba's Italian Grill

Carrabba’s is one of five chains, along with Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill, Roy’s Restaurant and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, under the umbrella of publicly traded Bloomin’ Brands Inc. (Ticker: BLMN). It specializes in Italian-American food and in its marketing plays on the fact that founders Johnny Carrabba and Danny Mandola are both enthusiastic eaters of Sicilian-American heritage.
