The chain served a menu of Mexican items, such as tacos and tostadas, along with cheeseburgers and French fries. Today, the chain’s menu has expanded with Mexican dishes such as burritos and quesadillas, while keeping burgers and fries part of the line-up. For the latest year tracked by Nation’s Restaurant News, the 532-unit chain earned U.S. systemwide sales of $590.7 million.
