Papa Murphy's Take 'N Bake Pizza

Papa Murphy’s is a pizza chain known for its take-and-bake style pies. The Vancouver, Wash.-based brand was founded in 1981 and was acquired by New York-based private equity firm Lee Equity Partners in 2010. The company, which has 1,283 U.S. units and did $695.9 million in U.S. systemwide sales in 2011, recently began expending into the Middle East with the opening of its first overseas unit in Dubai.
