Perkins Restaurant and Bakery

Perkins is a casual-dining restaurant that spans across all dayparts—breakfast, lunch and dinner—but has a breakfast-food focus. The chain had nearly $700 million in sales at its more than 400 U.S. locations in 2011. Perkins combined with Marie Callender’s to form Perkins & Marie Callender’s LLC in 2006. The company is majority owned by Wayzata Investment Partners LLC.
