Congress’ new health industry reform law is bad news for your restaurant’s bottom line and for the country’s.


Over the next few years, we’ll likely discover a number of unpleasant surprises lurking in the law’s 2,000-plus pages — the “unknown unknowns,” as former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld put it. But the biggest costs of this law already are well-known to each and every congressman who voted for its passage.
