This roll, whose name means “rebirth,” was created by sushi chef Jason Zheng to help raise money for victims of the recent earthquake and tsunami in Japan. It contains tempura cuttlefish and, in homage to New Orleans and its recent struggles with natural disaster, spicy crawfish.
