ATLANTA Arby’s said Tuesday it has launched a new promotion that includes a sandwich, fries and drink for $5.01.
The $5.01 promotion, which began earlier this month, includes Arby's classic roast beef and French dip sandwiches along with newer menu items, such as a roast beef patty melt, a roast chicken ranch sandwich and a roast beef gyro.
The promotion, which Arby’s adopted after seeing Subway and other chains successfully launch their own $5 promotions, is expected to remain on the menu for the long term, company officials have said.
Arby's, a division of Atlanta-based Wendy's/Arby's Group, has 3,500 restaurants worldwide, with more than 1,000 in the United States.
