CANTON Mass. Baskin-Robbins has expanded the duties of marketing director Carlos Nunez by choosing him to lead the chain’s Hispanic-marketing efforts in the United States.
Before joining the chain in January, Nunez was Burger King’s director of marketing for the Latin America/Caribbean region. In addition to his new responsibilities, he will continue in his role as Baskin-Robbins’ director of marketing and consumer insights.
Nunez will report to Scott Colwell, brand marketing officer for Baskin-Robbins Worldwide. Nunez’s duties were expanded “to strengthen our marketing initiatives toward the fast-growing and highly influential Hispanic population in the United States,” Colwell said in a statement.
Baskin-Robbins is a division of Canton-based Dunkin' Brands Inc.
