Matthew Gray has been tapped as executive chef of Chez Roux, famed French chef Albert Roux’s restaurant at La Dorreta Del Lago Resort & Spa, in Montgomery, Texas, about 40 miles north of Houston. A native of Elderslie, Scotland, Gray most recently was executive chef of InverlochyCastle in Torlundy, Scotland, where he worked under Roux’s tutelage. This is Gray’s first job outside of Scotland.
