ATLANTA Brian Kolodziej, the former vice president of culinary innovations and operations at Metromedia Restaurant Group in Plano, Texas, and a one-time chief of menu development for Brinker International, has been hired as vice president of product development for Arby’s Restaurant Group, the sandwich chain whose parent is buying Wendy’s International Inc.
