TUSTIN Calif. The Mimi’s Cafe chain on Monday debuted its Just Enough line of smaller-portioned dinner entrees.
With prices ranging from $8.29 to $11.49, the six entrees include pasta primavera; sweet-and-sour chicken; Santa Fe shrimp and chicken fettuccine; Salisbury steak with griddled mushrooms; honey-Dijon salmon with fresh asparagus; and Surf n’ Turf with citrus-grilled shrimp and flat-iron steak.
Available on weekdays after 4 p.m., the Just Enough entrees are served with a bread basket, and guests have the option of adding a salad or soup for $1.20.
Mimi’s, which has about 130 locations, has been offering a Just Enough lunch menu since May. The lunch line features eight items that range in price from $7.99 to $8.99.
