SCOTTSDALE Ariz. P.F. Chang's rolled out four new dishes on Monday in celebration of the Chinese New Year.
The new dishes are:
- Traditional egg rolls, an appetizer of egg rolls filled with pork and marinated vegetables and served with a sweet-and-sour mustard sauce.
- Mahi-mahi, which is grilled and served with a lemongrass garlic sauce on a bed of cilantro rice.
- Sesame chicken, available as an entree or a lunch bowl, includes broccoli and red peppers.
- VIP Duck, features a half duck served Cantonese-style, glazed with a sweet soy plum sauce and served with flatbread, scallions, cucumbers and a sesame vinaigrette.
P.F. Chang’s operates 189 namesake restaurants.
