DALLAS Maggiano's Little Italy has rolled out four summer dishes that all incorporate strawberries at participating restaurants in the 42-unit chain.
The Prosciutto & Mascarpone Bruschetta features crispy Italian bread topped with prosciutto, a mascarpone and ricotta cheese blend, and strawberry chutney.
The Crispy Chicken Salad is made with spring greens, semolina-crusted chicken, pine nuts, strawberries, red onions and goat cheese, all tossed in a strawberry vinaigrette.
The Char-Crusted Pork Tenderloin is made with a strawberry demi-glaze and served with tomato and leek couscous.
For dessert, Maggiano's will feature strawberry shortcakes topped with a lemon zest and vanilla bean glaze.
