DUBLIN Ohio Wendy’s said it would offer two Flavor Dipped Chicken Sandwiches through early November for a suggested price of $4.29 each.
The buffalo chicken sandwich features a fried chicken fillet dipped in buffalo sauce and topped with blue cheese sauce, lettuce and tomato. The BBQ sandwich includes a fried chicken fillet dipped in barbecue sauce with onions and pickles. Wendy's grilled chicken or spicy chicken can be substituted for the fried fillet.
Wendy's is supporting the sandwiches with TV and radio commercials and in-store materials that tout the new product as "Flavor Dipped and Fully Loaded.
