Shrubs, traditionally used in cocktails, are being used in other drinks, too, like the sparkling shrubs of Fizzy Fox. Of the company’s three flavors — berry cinnamon, pineapple mint and carrot ginger turmeric — the last is the most popular. These were on display at last year’s Fancy Food Show in New York.
