True Food Kitchen’s first True Bar offers full dining and a beverage menus. The 937-square-foot space “floats” in the Forum Shops’ reflecting poll and below the signature spiral escalator. It offers lounge seating for as many as 66 guests and reception groups up to 94.

True Food Kitchen can host sit-down dinners with multiple seating configurations, reception-style events or full restaurant buy-outs.
Christine Barone, True Food Kitchen CEO, said the Las Vegas unit will be open later than most of the 32 other units. “We will be open until midnight to 1 a.m. on weekend nights,” she said. “In Vegas, it’s a much later crowd.”
True Food Kitchen expanded the surface textures it used in decorating the Las Vegas unit. It uses natural design features and eco-friendly materials, such as dining chairs made from recycled soda bottles, as well as garden basins with fresh herbs and spices.
True Food Kitchen has areas of the restaurant that can be offered for private events.
Robert McCormaick, True Food Kitchen’s brand chef, has honed True Food Kitchen’s menu with such items as the new Winter Immunity bowl, Creamy Tomato Fennel Soup, Fig & Gorgonzola Flatbread and Edamame Guacamole.
