Ruth's Chris Steak House received the highest Overall Score among the five Fine-Dining restaurants and also took the No. 1 spot of all 172 restaurants in the 2015 edition of the annual Consumer Picks survey, presented by Nation's Restaurant News and WD Partners of Dublin, Ohio.
