According to the Hartman Group’s latest Health and Wellness report, these various experimental approaches mean that the act of eating is more intentional than ever. While paleo, low-carb and keto diets, juicing and intermittent fasting are catching on, gluten-free has shown its staying power and is gaining more fans all the time, perhaps more than any other way of eating.
