In addition to being used as a flavoring agent, rose water is thought by some to have medicinal properties such as being anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and analgesic.
Rosewater is in the Inception stage. It’s considered a premium ingredient that can be found on mostly fine-dining menus and at ethnic independents.
