Concept(s): There will be a rotating series of ghost kitchens operating out of The Post and Walnut Street Café for a combined 7,000-square-feet in University City amongst the throngs of college students at Drexel, University of Pennslyvania and more.
So far, three restaurants have been announced: Agea, inspired by the Aegean Islands, serving Meditteranean cuisine; Philadelphia Wing Shop, offering a range of wing flavors, from mango habanero to sweet chili; and Ghost Chicken, whose specialty is roast chicken.
Menu: Agea offers pitas and bowls featuring Mediterranean ingredients like hummus, Israeli couscous, falafel, halloumi and more toppings at the male-your-own restaurant.
Philadelphia Wing Shop offers nine different flavors of wings with dipping sauces and alcohol.
