“One of the things that we've noticed as we've been studying this market and seeing the evolution of who's coming and who's going [is] there are a lot of families out here and that’s an area that we're really interested in and focused on,” said Eskin.

The beverage window, upper right, will serve a dual purpose. Guests can order up a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and can pick up pre-orders made through the Dig Inn app.
