Egg N’ Joe is a new concept from Elmer’s Restaurants Inc. that focuses on the breakfast and lunch dayparts. The restaurant borrows the best dishes from Portland, Ore.-based Elmer’s, the 25-unit, three-daypart concept founded in 1960 that has long been known for breakfast and lunch.
