Huntington Beach, Calif.-based casual-dining chain BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse serves seared Hatch chiles on its Enlightened Barbeque Bison Burger, which also features a ground bison patty, BJ’s Peppered BBQ sauce, pico de gallo, Santa Fe dressing, red onions, lettuce.
