Piri piri sauce is made primarily of piri piri chiles, a small, spicy pepper, and often includes citrus peel, onion, sweet peppers, salt, lemon juice, bay leaves, paprika, basil, oregano and tarragon.
Piri piri is in the Inception stage. It’s considered a premium ingredient that can be found mostly on fine-dining menus and at independent restaurants.
